Education is

empowering!

Education is empowering, yet most of us never received it..

How can we be expected to advocate for reproductive rights when we were never properly taught about how our body works?

Because of systemic gaps in health education, most of us were never really taught how the menstrual cycle works beyond bleeding once a month.

So when energy shifts or symptoms change, it’s easy to feel confused or blame yourself.

This 1:1 session is about filling that gap with clear, comprehensive cycle literacy, offering language and context so you can better understand your body and feel more confident making informed healthcare decisions.

You don’t have to have it all figured out.

If you’ve been side-eyeing your cycle, wondering if hormones are playing a bigger role than you realized, or just wanting someone to explain things in a supportive way, this is that space.

Let's Chat!

01

Learn the truth about your menstrual cycle

We’ll dive into the (4) different phases of the menstrual cycle, so you can understand the patterns behind your energy, mood, and symptoms each month.

02

say Goodbye to self-blame!!

You are not inconsistent, lazy, or broken! What’s been feeling hard isn’t a personal failure… it’s a gap in your right to education.

03

No prior knowlege needed!

You don’t need to know anything about your cycle to be here, this session is a starting point. If this is all new to you, you’re in the right place. xo

04

We cant advocate for what we dont understand

When reproductive rights feel uncertain, a comprehensive understanding of your cycle  becomes a meaningful tool for informed choice and self-advocacy.

Community.

Connection.

Conversations.

So much of what we learn about our bodies nowadays comes from infographics, algorithms, and uninformed hot takes on social media.

While that information can be helpful, it can never replace human connection.

Menstruation wasn’t meant to be learned about in isolation. It’s knowledge that has traditionally been shared through conversation – stories, questions, community.

Somewhere along the way, those conversations became rushed, taboo, or nonexistent….

60-Minute Virtual Session

I've spent the past 4 years facilitating these conversations within my community.

this 1:1 session is an extension of that work.

Even virtually, talking things through with another person can feel grounding in a way that information alone often can’t.

Here's what the girls are saying…

“I'm seeing a functional health doctor and was so happy when he started talking about seed cycling to manage cycle hormone balancing. It was one of the few things he talked about that I already knew/understood thanks to Amber and all the education she puts out. Her work makes such a difference in people's daily life and health.”

Jill B

"I'm neurodivergent and I have to know how to do something perfectly before my brain lets me move on from the research phase, but Amber has truly made me feel like I can do this!"
